- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, targeting new markets, and forging strong relationships with key accounts.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to help the team achieve their full potential.
- Work as an expert on the Douala hospitality market, understanding competitor offerings and identifying unique selling propositions for our hotel.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, building trust and loyalty with guests and partners.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- A master’s degree in sales and Marketing or related field
- Excellent proficiency in English and French
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry in Cameroon
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team spirit
