- Possess extensive knowledge of marketing techniques, as demonstrated by a track record of successfully managing conversion cycles and utilising real-time data to formulate actionable recommendations.

- S.he defines the school’s student recruitment and retention strategy, based on group guidelines and his/her own expertise, and collaborates with the Marketing Manager to get a deep understanding of the local market.
- S.he makes sure the school achieves its new enrolment target and a constant positive organic growth. S.he builds strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate prospects. S.he interacts on a daily basis with the prospects during recruitment season in order to convert them into clients and reports each interaction into the CRM tool.
- S.he makes sure the school achieves a minimum of 90% and constantly increasing student retention rate, and achieves a high level of parent satisfaction and engagement.
- S.he provides his/her management with insights and recommendations based on analysis of facts and data.
- S.he supervises and coordinates the local admission team (admission assistant, marketing intern) to implement the student recruitment strategy.
- S.he is the guardian of the Enko Brand in his/her country and ensures Enko is the School of Choice for parents
