TheAssociation Camerounaise pour le Marketing Social (ACMS)is a non-governmental organization incorporated under Cameroonian law, whose principal mission is to achieve sustainable and measurable improvements in the social situation of the Cameroonian population and to promote health. As such, ACMS works in cooperation with the government and its public and private sector partners to offer high-quality healthcare programs, reaching all populations in need. For over twenty-five years, ACMS has been providing the Cameroonian population with comprehensive, evidence-based public health interventions, including programs in reproductive health, malaria and HIV prevention among others.
The Projet de Prévention du VIH en Afrique Centrale (PPSAC), which targets young people aged 15 to 24, is a program run by ACMS whose overall aim is to ensure better availability of condoms and positive behavior change among the target groups concerned, with a view to contributing to HIV reduction. This KFW-funded initiative aims to support the Cameroon government in its response to HIV and its consequences among the Cameroonian population.
With young people aged 15 to 24 at its heart, the PPSAC project aims specifically to make condoms available and accessible in quantity/quality, and on a continuous basis; to improve their knowledge, attitudes and practices in STI, HIV-AIDS and reproductive health prevention; and to reduce behaviors tending to stigmatize and marginalize this target group.

ACMS is looking for candidates to act as sales consultants (M/F) as part of the implementation of activities in the extension phase of the PPSAC project.
Who are we looking for?
The salespersons will be responsible for making Prudence Plus male condoms available to the target group through the various existing sales outlets.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Extend condom distribution to all corners of Cameroon, even the most remote;
- Sell Prudence Plus Prestige condoms in accordance with the project's conditions and deadlines;
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Have at least a bachelor's degree
- Proven and documented experience of at least six months in sales, marketing and distribution
- Speak and write French or English perfectly.
- Have a structured mind and excellent oral expression skills;
- Integrity, commitment and ability to work in harmony with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
