TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales administrative functions within the Region
- Collaborate closely with both the Head of Commercial Operations and the Head of the Region to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have access to necessary tools, resources, and information
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of sales data
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for review by the Head of Commercial Operations and the Head of the Region
- Identify areas for improvement in sales administration processes and implement best practices
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, training sessions, and others events as needed...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Additional training and/or qualification: Training in Office Secretarial Work or equivalent
- Professional experience: At least 02 years track record in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Bilingualism is an advantage
- Mastery of SAP would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and work autonomy
- Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
