Position is based in DOUALA and YAOUNDE
- Drafting of PGES ( Plan De Gestion Environment Social).
- Drafting of PHS ( Plan Hygiene and Security).
- Drafting of PAQ (Quality Assurance Plan).
- Drafting of HSE procedures for each task (Civil, Electrical, Erections of towers, beams etc.…)
- Drafting of weekly, biweekly and monthly reports.
- System of follow ups of HSE correctives measures of non-conformities.
- Conducting daily Toolbox meetings.
- Ability to identify hazardous risks and preventive measures.
- Ability to make all employees act in adherence with rules and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
- Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Aged 26years and above
- HSE skills,
- Initiative and decision-making skills
- Sense of anticipation
