Position is based inDOUALA
- Survey land for construction, development, and improvement projects
- Survey land and buildings to establish boundaries, elevations, and areas
- Record site information, including coordinates and dimensions, in survey notebooks, including stakeouts.
- Design surveys and preliminary plats
- Analyse designs, plans, elevations, and surveys to determine locations of structures and improvements
- Calculate and compute areas, volumes, and other measurements of land, structures, or improvements
- Draw sketches, plans, maps, graphs, tables, charts, or diagrams of diagrams, plans, and maps
- Clarify concepts and information by completing necessary research and investigations
- Plan and organize work schedules to meet deadlines
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Perform topographic surveys
- Conduct research and other analyses related to surveys
- Use CAD tools to create accurate maps, diagrams, and drawings
- Submit surveys and plats to local authorities for map approval
- Minimum 2 to 7years of experience
- Aged 26 years and above
- Topographic skills,
- Initiative and decision-making skills
- Sense of anticipation
