Immediate Hiring! Are you a motivated and dynamic individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial sector? We are a leading microfinance institution in Bonaberi, Douala, and we are seeking enthusiastic Daily Collection Agents to join our team immediately.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, flexible hours to accommodate remote collections.
- Reach out to clients who are unable to visit the bank to facilitate the collection of savings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through remote communication channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of savings collection data.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns regarding clients' savings contributions.
- Achieve daily and monthly savings collection targets through proactive outreach.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Previous experience in a similar remote collections role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
