- Customer Service Officer - Trade Center Importer.

- Location : Douala - Cameroon
- Ensure the follow up and finalization of customer files in the context of import procedures in Cameroon;
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Minimum of 3 years worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree;
- Experience and good knowledge of customer management;
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international Trade;
- Good knowledge of English would be an asset).
