- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead and support the sales team to optimize performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, points of sale, partners and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles. Ideally within the beverage industry, and preferably in alcohol or beer
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market data and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Reside in Douala
- Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English is required
