We are hiring a Customer Lead to help drive Creative Accounting for its development in Africa, a fast-growing region for IT services. Based in Douala, Cameroon the role will advise customers, handle user support and manage projects in 3 fields: Software Implementation and Business Intelligence/Data analysis and report.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Leverage full cross-functional resources within C&A to build long-term win/win relationships with clients.
Provide user support on various platforms (Power BI, Excel, Dynamics 365, and others customers software).
Create simplified project specifications to enable stakeholders to have an accurate understanding of customer needs.
Ensure the availability of all customer processes manuals and training materials.
Manage all projects’ performance and SLA in order to reach 100% of customer satisfaction.
Propose new commercial solutions to C&A clients based on the continuous analysis of customers' issues
