We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to lead our multi-sector operations in Cameroon and the Francophone Africa region
- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience
- 5+ years in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller)
- Proven track record in multi-entity financial management
- Deep understanding of OHADA accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, Advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI)
- Regional expertise in Cameroon and Francophone Africa
- Language: Professional proficiency in English required; French is a strong advantage.
- Experience with trade finance, export/import documentation, and logistics compliance
- Knowledge of African supply chain dynamics and investment regulations
- Strong leadership in cross-functional and multicultural teams
