RECRUITMENT NOTICE : We are hiring Direct Sales Agents!
Context :
Following a first phase marked by significant challenges, UBC has successfully repositioned itself in a highly competitive banking market through active prospecting and increased
commercial visibility. Based on this, the Bank is now embarking on Phase 2 of the ‘DSA- AVD’ project, with the aim of:
  • Strengthen its product offering
  • Accelerate its commercial development
To this end, we are actively seeking for Direct Sales Agents in the following cities: Douala – Limbe – Kumba – Yaoundé – Bafoussam – Bamenda
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Your Role: As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a key role in expanding UBC's client base. Your responsibilities will include :
  • Prospecting and recruiting new customers in the field
  • Promoting our flagship products: mobile application, GIMAC/VISA cards, credit offers, bancassurance solutions, etc...
  • Cross-selling products based on the existing client portfolio
  • Participating in campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts
  • Contributing to the achievement of commercial goals: account openings, short- term & fixed-term deposits, equip customers with digital products, etc
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Age: 20–30 years
  • Education: Minimum HND/BTS in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience: At least 6 months in direct sales or field prospecting is an advantage
  • Passion for fieldwork
  • Ability to use digital tools
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
